Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Webstickers through our online store.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Webstickers supplies printed stickers, labels, personalised products and related printed goods to customers within the United Kingdom.

For questions about an order, please contact:

Email: sales@webstickers.co.uk

2. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.

Colours shown on computer screens, tablets and mobile devices can vary from the final printed product. Small differences in colour, positioning, cutting and finishing may occur as part of the normal printing and production process.

Product measurements are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.

3. Personalised & Custom Printed Products

Many of our products are personalised or produced specifically to the customer’s requirements.

This includes products containing:

  • Names
  • Dates
  • Personalised wording
  • Customer logos
  • Customer-supplied artwork
  • Bespoke designs
  • Custom sizes or specifications

Customers are responsible for checking all personalised information carefully before submitting an order.

We cannot normally provide a refund or free replacement where an item has been correctly produced using wording, spelling, artwork or information supplied or approved by the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, incorrectly produced or not as described.

4. Customer-Supplied Artwork

Where you provide artwork, logos, photographs, designs or other material for printing, you confirm that:

  • You have the necessary rights or permission to reproduce the material.
  • The material does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
  • The material is lawful and suitable for reproduction.

We reserve the right to refuse to print artwork that we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, infringing or otherwise unsuitable.

5. Artwork Quality

The quality of the finished print depends partly on the quality of the artwork supplied.

Low-resolution, blurred or poor-quality artwork may produce a lower-quality printed result.

Where we identify an obvious problem before printing, we may contact you for clarification or request replacement artwork.

Unless an artwork proof has specifically been requested or provided, customers remain responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork and wording are correct.

6. Proofs & Approval

Where we provide an artwork proof for approval, production will normally begin after approval has been received.

Once a proof has been approved, the customer is responsible for checking:

  • Spelling
  • Names
  • Dates
  • Wording
  • Layout
  • Size
  • Design details

Changes requested after approval or after production has started may result in additional charges.

7. Prices & VAT

Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable unless clearly stated otherwise.

A VAT invoice is available on request.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

8. Orders & Payment

Payment must be made when the order is placed unless otherwise agreed.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean we have accepted it.

We may contact you if:

  • Artwork is unsuitable
  • Important information is missing
  • A product is unavailable
  • There is an obvious pricing or listing error
  • We are unable to fulfil the order for another reasonable reason

If we are unable to fulfil an order that has already been paid for, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

9. Production & Dispatch

Most products are printed or prepared to order.

Estimated production and dispatch times shown on the website are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we have specifically agreed otherwise.

We aim to produce and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

10. Delivery

Orders are delivered using third-party postal and courier services.

Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery service has specifically been purchased.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied with your order is correct.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

11. Personalised Goods & Cancellation

Products that are personalised, custom printed or made to the customer’s specification cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because the customer has changed their mind once production has begun.

Where possible, please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel a personalised order.

If production has not yet started, we will try to accommodate the request.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or not as described.

12. Standard Non-Personalised Goods

For eligible standard non-personalised goods bought online, customers have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

We also offer a 30-day return period for eligible non-personalised goods as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

13. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If goods are damaged, faulty, incorrectly printed or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

sales@webstickers.co.uk

Please include your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, reprint or refund.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights regarding faulty goods or goods that are not as described.

14. Quantity & Printing Tolerances

Where products are supplied in large quantities or produced using commercial printing and cutting processes, very small variations may occasionally occur.

Unless a specific quantity tolerance has been agreed in advance, the quantity stated on the product listing is the quantity we aim to supply.

15. Intellectual Property

All original designs, graphics, photographs, website content and other material created by Webstickers remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Purchasing a printed product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property rights.

Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of the customer or its respective rights holder.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for losses resulting from information, artwork or specifications incorrectly supplied by the customer.

For business customers, we will not normally be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity, except where the law does not allow such liability to be excluded.

17. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This may include postal disruption, courier delays, severe weather, equipment failure, power outages, supply shortages or other exceptional events.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms applying to your purchase will normally be those in force when your order is placed.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom.

Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
